LAFI Systems begins work on the installation of ventilation and cooling systems in the Preses Nama Quarter

We are kicking off this year with the ambitious “Preses Nama Kvartāls” project, under which LAFI Sistēmas is carrying out the installation of ventilation and cooling systems. The works are being managed by Oskars Indāns-Pudulis, project manager of the AVK department. The project involves the construction of an energy-efficient Class A office building, which is scheduled to open by the end of 2026.

The implementation of the project requires a high level of professionalism – the engineering systems are being redesigned whilst construction work on the site continues. Currently, the delivery of ventilation equipment, its hoisting onto the roof and installation in the designated locations are being carried out. We are delighted to be part of this significant project and, together with our industry partners, to promote the development of energy-efficient office spaces!
