Featuring a façade cladding solution unprecedented in Latvia, the building’s façade was clad with a composite printed mesh.

Three ventilation systems were installed – mechanical supply and exhaust (PN) systems with air heat recovery units. The building is served by a heating substation, which provides the required water temperature for the heating and ventilation systems. The building incorporates 3 AHUs, 1 chiller, 2 precision air conditioners and 31 fan coils.
