Construction of the Zunda Towers twin towers began in 2008. Each tower is the tallest building in Riga and Latvia. During the works, adjustments were made to the engineering systems of the existing technical design for the 5th-floor office space, and the cooling system for the 6th and 7th floors of Tower Z-1 was installed. It is 30 storeys high.
