The hotel on Raiņa Boulevard is Riga’s first design hotel, a celebration of modern art and the bohemian lifestyle. The building itself is an architectural monument, which is why several authentic features have been preserved, such as the wooden staircase spanning five floors and the historic tiled stoves. The Grand Poet Hotel has been shortlisted alongside 10 other outstanding Riga properties nominated for the 2018 Riga Architecture Award.
