Restoration and reconstruction of the walls of the chapel at the Livonian Order’s castle in Dobele. For more than two centuries, the Livonian Order Castle, built in the mid-14th century, has been nothing more than a ruin. Now, the historic walls of the ancient chapel have been transformed into a modern exhibition hall that tells the story of the ancient castle ruins from their beginnings to the present day.
