As part of a project for the optical fibre manufacturer “Light Guide Optics International”, we carried out the installation of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and humidification systems, as well as the implementation of the building management system (BMS). Cleanrooms with a total area of approximately 3,000 m² have been established on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. Four heat pumps, each with a capacity of 300 litres, are used for hot water production. Heating is provided by a connection to the ‘Līvānu Siltums’ district heating network, as well as a 300 kW electric boiler.
