Project support for the development of a company’s digital skills

LAFI Serviss has received funding to enhance its employees’ digital skills as part of the project “Development of Digital Skills for the Development of New Products and Technologies in Latvian Businesses” (Contract No. 2.3.1.2.i.0/1/24/I/CFLA/002).

About the project

The aim of the project is to promote the competitiveness of Latvian businesses by developing employees’ digital, automation and innovation skills.

As part of the project, companies are provided with training in various formats – short-cycle training programmes, professional development training in collaboration with internationally recognised higher education institutions, as well as online training on international education platforms. In addition, conferences and information events are organised, and support is provided for the implementation of digital transformation and the development of new products and services.

The project strengthens companies’ ability to utilise digital technologies in business processes, develop digital management, automation, robotisation and innovation, and promotes export development and sustainable business.
