Lafivents was founded in 1996 as one of the pioneers in the ventilation sector in Latvia. Over the past 30 years, we have grown into a group of companies with a team of 200 people and a turnover of EUR 20 million. We have significantly expanded the range of services we offer beyond the installation of ventilation systems; we now operate in various fields of engineering systems construction, including building automation, as well as providing a full range of building maintenance services. To better reflect the company’s positioning, Lafivents is rebranding from 2025.
Structure of the Lafi Group’s brand companies
The existing Lafivents brand will henceforth be known as LAFI Systems, reflecting the wide range of engineering systems services – ventilation, cooling, heating, water supply, drainage, thermal engineering, smoke extraction, cleanroom engineering systems, and building management and automation systems.

Meanwhile, Lafivents Serviss is becoming LAFI Serviss, continuing its rapid growth in the servicing of building technical systems across the whole of Latvia. The legal names of both companies will not be changed over the coming year to ease the transition period.
