LAFI Serviss is a company that provides a full range of building services engineering maintenance. The company is currently looking for a plumber to work independently on site, carrying out equipment maintenance, emergency repairs and general repairs.

Job responsibilities:

• carrying out high-quality internal and external plumbing work;
• inspecting water supply and drainage networks and carrying out minor repairs in accordance with the work order at the relevant site;
• dealing with the consequences of breakdowns in heating and drainage systems, renovating water supply and drainage systems, and carrying out other plumbing work;
• Installation of water supply, sewerage and heating networks, pipes and fittings in buildings, in accordance with the technical specifications;
• maintenance and repair of building heating water pipes and drainage systems;
• installation, maintenance and repair of water supply, stormwater drainage and sewerage pipes and fittings in buildings.

We expect you to have:

• a Category B driving licence;
• knowledge of the Latvian language;
• secondary or vocational education (preferred);
• knowledge and experience in the maintenance of building services (water supply, drainage, heating);
• the ability to work in dynamic and stressful conditions;
• accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility.
