LAFI Serviss is a company that provides a full range of building services engineering maintenance. As we are expanding our operations, we are looking for a service specialist – technician to join our team in the Vidzeme region (Cēsis, Valmiera, Limbaži, Smiltene and the surrounding area). The company requires a service specialist – technician who will work independently on site and carry out maintenance, emergency response and repair work on ventilation systems, air conditioning and heating equipment.

Job responsibilities:

• carrying out maintenance and repair work on engineering systems.

We expect you to have:

• a Category B driving licence;
• knowledge of the Latvian language;
• technical education will be considered an advantage;
• previous work experience and knowledge of ventilation, cooling, heating and electrical systems will be considered an advantage;
• knowledge of English, German, Russian or other languages will be considered an advantage;
• a willingness to learn and regularly improve your professional skills.
