LAFI Serviss is a company that provides a full range of building services engineering maintenance. As we are expanding our operations, we are looking for a service specialist – technician to join our team. The company is currently seeking a service specialist – technician who will work independently on site and carry out maintenance, emergency repairs and repairs on ventilation systems, air conditioning and heating equipment.

Job responsibilities:

• previous work experience and knowledge of ventilation, automation, cooling, heating and electrical systems
• knowledge of control panels and automation systems for various ventilation, cooling and heating equipment
• skills in working with welding and soldering equipment
• experience in plumbing, UK section
• Category B driving licence
• Certificate for working with ozone-depleting substances; Category 1 will be considered an advantage
• Certificate in electrical safety, minimum Group Bz, will be considered an advantage
• Other technical qualifications will be considered an advantage
