As part of the MOHO Garden residential project, two apartment blocks have been constructed, each containing 64 flats. Each flat is fitted with a Komfovent air handling unit featuring a rotary heat exchanger and an electric heater for preheating the supply air; a total of 128 ventilation units have been installed in the project. Natural ventilation is provided in the communal areas on the ground floor via fresh air intake valves. Systemair exhaust fans have been installed in the storage rooms on the ground floor. A roof fan has been installed in the stairwell. An overpressure ventilation system has been installed on the building’s roof, comprising two overpressure fans, which, in the event of a fire alarm being triggered, ensure overpressure in the stairwell and corridors.
